Hello, Jesse. My name is Nathan and I'm stepping in to help answer all the questions you have about your T-Mobile services. When it comes to using short code services internationally that is something that we've changed to no longer work. For security purposes you will not be able to receive short code or verification messages while roaming, you would need to be on the T-Mobile network directly to receive those types of messages. I know this will cause a big inconvenience when you use these services for verification, but it is to help protect our customer's security. ^NathanLovato
