感谢回复这么多建议和意见~

- 首先手机号这个事情相当于是为了给用户匹配唯一的 ID ，也是为了找回密码的需要，毕竟第三方登录这个东西如果换了账户或者第三方账户找回存在问题的话，数据也不能石沉大海
- 邀请人这个纯粹是为了记录哪些用户是内部的人员邀请的，可能你没注意不仅是邀请人有奖励，被邀请人也同样有空间奖励。
- 关联通讯录应该不是强制的，标注时可以选择新增一个人名，不需要强制关联的，可能这部分的功能做的比较隐晦，没有特殊强调。
- 关于重复的照片，算 MD5 这种做法，只能算出体积一样上的完全相同的照片。产品里这个功能，实际上是在考虑各种方面的图像数据后给出的建议结果，而不仅仅是 MD5 这么简单的匹配。我相信如果只算 MD5 的话，大部分人的手机相册根本找不出重复照片。即便是使用数码相机的 WIFI 导出功能，导出同一张照片到手机上，大小也是悬殊的。所以无法通过这种方法来进行判断。
- 关于这个我这里好像没有重现，可以截图反馈一下~
- 视频可能因为体积比较大，上传速度比较慢。第三方 app 不同于系统相册，在非唤醒的情况下是无法一直保持在后台运行的，所以无法一直保持上传
- 空洞应该是这个人脸的缩略图还没被加载出来，算人脸需要经过一定的时间，这部分的算力目前还有很大的迟滞问题
- 关于 exif ，这个可以根据具体的情况在 app 的反馈中添加一个反馈
- 缩略图是经过压缩的，默认显示的是缩略图，所以这里的体积大小应该是根据缩略图计算的大小~这应该是客户端显示的问题，我会和客户端开发提示需要改进~

不好意思刚才忘提了，需要先卸载之前的 app 才能完全删除 cache ，然后再安装新的版本，应该就不会遇到点开大图无法正常匹配的 bug 了~

对的，这个问题很重要。

但也不能说工具不重要，只是用户如何依赖这些工具，是不是对这些工具能产生信任。 Google 也不是没有先例的，当年我主要用 Picasa 管理照片，最后还不是停止开发了。当然，也是因为 Picasa ，才有了 Google Photos

就这个产品而言，投入那么多 GPU 在算，就不提人的成本了，本身就是前期投入成本很大的产品模式，基础服务，不是随便一个 startup 说做就能做的，服务的稳定性是肯定能得到保证的。

怎么说呢，安全肯定是有保障的。我觉得 @einvince 的意思其实是在表达一种对小厂产品的不信任，你像 Google Photos ，大家肯定不会质疑它的安全性（但是也有人对 Google 的隐私政策不满，所以有 dockduckgo 存在）

我觉得要消除这种不信任只能尽量把产品做好，比如大家用网易有钱，把自己的网银账户密码存到别人服务器里，当然是因为别人的产品好用，而不是他标识了「我们使用何种科技加密这些密码」

相册这种隐私性比较重的基础产品，有顾虑是很正常的，我也有顾虑。云服务产品的数据这个问题是个大话题，我觉得再开一个帖子也讲不完的
