前几天看到的 Hard Reset 的解决方案：按下并快速松开调高音量按钮，按下并快速松开调低音量按钮，然后按住侧边按钮。当 Apple 标志出现时，松开按钮。
操作这个之后，iPhone 12 的 GeekBench 速度恢复正常（操作完之后 3907 分，等待 10 小时后重测 4025 分，目前待机超过 24 小时，重测 3981 分 [iPhone 12 平均参考分 3967 分] ）。但是在稍微热一点的环境下，还是有发热的问题。感觉这个版本的系统易发热（也可能是天热了）

感谢！我之前也误解了那个帖子的意思。
PS 如果使用镜像的解决方案的话，如果不愿意折腾的朋友可以在任意 Big Sur 系统下，直接使用镜像，然后调小 mac 的字体缩放（在系统的自带面板中），这样的话外接显示器还是高清 HiDPI 模式的，缺点是这种情况下外接显示器有黑边。
PPS 我最近刚换了 4K 显示器，舒服好多 LOL
