骑行一定要注意保护措施， 特别是膝盖， 可以问问大模型有什么要注意的，比如踏频和变速器之间的搭配， 对膝盖压力太大的话， 可能造成膝盖磨损的。

@ovtfkw 15 年的电车我不知道会怎么样，15 年的油车那是真不想再碰了，变速箱、发动机都是处于能用的状态，时不时就搞点小状况。我那 15 年老油车才开了 10 万公里就这德行了。
