我用 alfred 快捷打开 mpv，观看视频关闭 mpv 后，终端还是依然在，要手动关闭，很麻烦

另外,mpv 今天突然播放视频没有声音了,是怎么回事呀!!!!昨天卸载了 mplayerx,不会跟这有关系吧!!!
