I do really understand your concern as you would like to activate Wise card.


As your card was issued in the US, you can activate it by using the 6-digit PIN we give you with your card.

Go to your Wise account

Go to Card

Choose Activate Now

Enter the 6-digit code that’s on the letter your card came attached to.

You can only activate the card when you’re in the US. So if you’re planning to take it traveling, please make sure to activate it before you go.

You need to activate your card to make any kind of payments, including contactless. Once you follow the above steps then it’s activated, you’ll need to do a chip and PIN transaction before using contactless.

@levineet 这说明里面似乎也没有说是必须要在美国使用 Chip and pin 吧，按照字面理解就是任何设备上进行 Chip and pin 就行了

美区的 wise 卡一直可以付，无论 plus 还是 api

现在新开的号都是预充值的，不存在账单支付失败了，好像楼主这个方法没法用了

现在变成预付费了，这个昂方法还能用吗？即使充值失败了，也找不到失败的账单了

配置文件调来调去 WARP 都是超时，Clash for Windows 版本是 v0.20.31 ，内核版本是 2023.07.22 Premium (59154)

各位 V 友，有知道美国的 Wise 卡的 BIN 是什么的吗？是美国本土的银行发行的吗？

PS：我的实体卡寄给美国的朋友，快一个月都没有收到，看来只能让官方重新寄一张了。

研究了一下为什么国内的卡不能够充值到 Wise 或 N26 中，看网上资料说这些充值的是 MCC 6051 商户识别码，被外管局禁止交易了（相关资料： http://fgcx.bjcourt.gov.cn:4601/law?fn=chl300s026.txt&dbt=chl ），在 Google 上搜索关键字可以看到一大堆银行禁止该 MCC 的公告（ https://www.google.com/search?q=MCC+6051+%E4%B8%AD%E5%9B%BD&oq=MCC+6051+%E4%B8%AD%E5%9B%BD ）。

6051 的商户分类是非金融机构－外币兑换、非电子转帐的汇票、临时支付凭证和旅行支票，通过该商户可能能套现信用卡并进行换汇，封禁也是在所难免的。

这么看的话中行的莫奈卡能用就有点奇怪了，按理说 MCC 应该有黑名单，直接应用上去就完事了，怎么会留个口子？难不成不是 BUG ，是 Feature ？
