单独安装个 superpowers brainstorming 就够了，想用的时候主动 skill ，一般情况下直接和 agent 说事，搭配个 trellis ，大项目会自动问我要不要建个一 task ，目前用了 2 个月下来挺顺。还为此搞了个 kanban ，定期看一下 task 进度，https://github.com/terranc/trellis-dashboard
