要用独享 IP 的美国原生 ip 服务器 ，不要和别人共享使用一个节点，这样可以避免被其他共享 IP 的用户标记牵连。避开大厂的，比如瓦工，oracle 那些。我用的是 lisahost 的美国 vps ，还比较稳。

@rsy no ，这么申请的 n26 并不合法，
n26 要求你有当时申请地的 resident permit ， 必须要有长期签证才可以， 只是他开户过程不查， 但是后续是有的，查到了就属于 ongoing misdemeanour and / or criminal proceedings/ investigations |
