只有香港和新加坡在100ms左右，以前比较快的日本、韩国全挂，美国也一个都ping不了。

We have become aware of recent network issues affecting our customers in China. If you are in China and are having trouble connecting to several different VPN server locations, including most US locations and Australia, please use the following locations while we investigate this issue: Netherlands, Brazil, and Hong Kong. Connections to these locations have been successful while this issue has been ongoing, but may not have a 100% success rate. In the event one of those locations fails, please try another.
Our Engineering team continues to look into this matter. All reports of this issue are being tracked so we can reach back out to you when the problem has been resolved.

没有用VyprVPN, 但是Astrill也是最近挂了一堆服务器. 可能是最近开始动作了.
