感觉再好的椅子都没用，我今年查了有轻微的要突，然后买了赫曼米勒 Aeron ，坐了还是痛，看了下油管台湾博主三个字的视频之后尝试了下就一般没有靠背的塑料凳，调整好桌子的高度，坐的时候腰挺直，受力在屁股和脚上面，现在感觉好很多，感觉 Aeron 都白买了😂，但是久了还是会有点不舒服，但不是腰痛的感觉，配合升降桌才是最优解，目前缓解很多了，你可以先试试，椅子不一定能解决。

@semistack 怎么可能会慢啊，雷电 4 啊一般有 40gbps 和 20gbps 的，用 nvme 的硬盘速度没问题。

@Sivan 所以说要上万兆，Mac mini 加 750 就能拥有万兆网口，不过就算是万兆，NVME 的性能也会过剩，还好现在固态价格都下来了，买一块就能跑满万兆，比买好几块机械硬盘组 raid 跑满万兆性价比相对来说还是可以的。

@totoro625 docker 能运行的一般都会支持 macOS 直接搭建就行了只是说用起来没 docker 那边方便小白而已，而且 docker 在 macOS 上性能有损耗。
