iphone 和 mac 要设置保留下载 ，不然你存储不够每次都是重新下载，obsidian 用 icloud ，保留下载设置真的很关键，我以前用 remotely save,用的担惊受怕的，现在 icloud ，手机端慢一点可以接受，mac 端 用 git 保存，即使被 icloud 坑了我也可以从 git 找回来
