According to the log files, it seems like you have multiple NTFS for Mac solutions by different manufacturers installed (Paragon and iBoySoft).
This might lead to conflicts causing this issue.
First, please perform these actions:
Uninstall Paragon NTFS for Mac:

Uninstall the other mentioned solution (you can find instructions on its website:
https://iboysoft.com/ntfs-for-mac/online-help.html)
If the product has already been uninstalled using this instruction, there still are some Components left -- specifically -- "/Library/Filesystems/iboysoft_NTFS.fs" and "/Library/Extensions/iboysoft_NTFS.kext".
To remove these components, the following commands can be used:
sudo rm -rf /Library/Filesystems/iboysoft_NTFS.fs
sudo rm -rf /Library/Extensions/iboysoft_NTFS.kext
However, we highly suggest you contact iBoySoft support:
https://iboysoft.com/support/ to ensure these commands can be used to remove remains of their solution.
Reboot your Mac
Then install NTFS for Mac solution of your choice. If you have chosen Paragon NTFS, please download the latest version from our website:
