解决 Cloudflare 分配 104.21.*.1 IP 地址的一个方案：
给一个域名开一个 Pro 套餐，然后把其他域名通过 Cloudflare for SaaS 自定义主机名的方式接入进来使用。
一个 Pro 套餐可以给 100 个域名使用，超过后一个域名 $0.1/月。
当然了你也可以开一个 Pro 套餐，然后做一个管理面板去卖给其他人使用……
