@leokun 怕光，怕风，容易流泪，这些症状我以前都有，现在保证眼睛充足的休息后已经大大缓解了，现在在争取彻底摆脱这些苦劳

叶黄素主要还是对抗飞蚊症效果比较明显，最好长期吃，眼睛疲劳主要还是要让眼睛得到充分的休息，亲身经历
