Position : Product Manager Location : Japan salary：5000~8000 USDT

职位职责：

1. 具有开发周期内对所有交付执行功能测试，包括新功能和回归测试经验
2. 管理分配产品项目丰富经验
3. 具备定义产品规划并与业务利益相关者合作经验
4. 创建产品线框和用户界面，用于产品改进和新功能
5. 与团队内外的内部资源协作
6. 具备产品按时发布，满足内部和外部客户的需求经验
7. 与管理层、高级管理人员和利益相关者就产品方向、战略和即将开展的项 目进行沟通
8. 具备相关决策和问题向内部团队提供建议经验
9. 具有创建和维护产品文档经验 10.具备产品战略转化为技术要求和原型经

任职要求：

1. 超过 5 年的在线产品经理经验，监督专门的团队并管理产品优先级，路线 图和面向用户的功能交付（同一加密貨幣 web3 行业）
2. 具备 产品 UX / UI 跟踪记录和愿景，数据和基准测试建立丰富经验
3. 具备分析和技术技能，具有数字能力，以确保决策有充分依据经验
4. 具备技术和业务敏锐度
5. 具备优秀的书面和口头沟通技巧
6. 具备丰富的网络和软件技术经验
7. 具备解决问题能力
8. 具备英文和中文 （口语和书面）能力

双休＋法定假期 ,早九晚六或早 10 晚七 ,底薪＋奖金＋年终 -搬迁员工可提供当地工作签证 或需要住房可提供 支持外宿 *搬迁补贴 -工作签证还没下来之前 远程办公 WFH
