有人试过 clubsim 实体 sim 转 esim 吗？

之前买了一个实体 sim 一直在用，最近搞了个支持 esim 的手机，想把国外的手机号都转到 esim 上，但是这个 clubsim 就不行，我在 App 和官网上找了好久也没找到哪里可以操作。想咨询客服发现只有 whatsApp ，这个我还收不到验证码，就很烦。
有没有大佬操作过的指点一下，不是新开 esim ，就是实体 sim 转 esim 。

网上找到的：
“I just changed from physical sim to esim in Clubsim app.
go to your app, select your clubsim then tap on your mobile phone number. menu will appear and there is option to convert to esim.
** be careful you can't change back to physical sim. sim card will be voided immediately. you must make sure your phone support esim.”

问下运营商是否有实体 sim 转 esim 的服务。没有，只能重新申请一个 esim 。
