看起来最新版本 VS Code Insiders 的下载链接已经换了：

已经不再是原来的 az764295.vo.msecnd.net 了，vscode.cdn.azure.cn 目前似乎无法获取新下载链接的包，访问会得到 BlobNotFound 错误。暂不清楚是否只有我一个是这样……

看起来 VS Code 的官方构建过程已经移除了 Mooncake 节点，将其替换为 PRSS CDN ，同时也移除了对中国大陆下载节点 vscode.cdn.azure.cn 的引用（不清楚之后是否会加回来）

vscode.download.prss.microsoft.com 这个域名还报错了，说是证书来自 weixin.qq.com
