Win 主机弄了 ADguardHoem 服务，然后路由器的 dhcp 把 win 主机的 ip 当作 dns 地址。

但是在同一个网络里，就 mac 偶尔打开国内网站会直接超时打不开，请问有什么可能的原因或解决方案？

ps：刚刚重新切换热点再切回 wifi 就能正常访问了。为啥？
