Blockchain Engineer/Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build new dapps in the Nervos CKB ecosystem.
• Explore best practices in building Nervos CKB dapps.
• Collaborate with internal development teams to enhance toolings as well as the whole Nervos ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years experience in the software development field.
• Familiar with JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go/Rust/C++, etc.
• Experienced in back-end development, familiar with basic back-end components.
• Familiar with databases, concurrency models, and common back-end middleware.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with open source projects.
• Experience working with blockchain related projects.
• Existing open source library maintainer is preferred.

Layer 2 Protocol Analyst

Responsibilities**

• Survey existing layer 2 designs, including sidechains, channel networks, and rollups, and evaluate their feasibility.
• Deliver designs corresponding to each technical approach that can be implemented on Nervos CKB, with working prototypes of their key components.
• Write documents describing the designs.

Key Qualifications**

• Research experience in Cryptography/Information Security/Applied Mathematics or related fields.
• Familiar with blockchain.
• English as a working language.

Preferred Qualifications**

• Familiar with Nervos.
• Engineering experience.
• Published papers at CORE B+ conferences.

Developer Relations

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overseas social media (e.g. Twitter) content writing and operation, increase developer attention and activity
• Responsible for the company's technical blog content and operation , enhance the developer's attention and activity.
• Responsible for industry news collection, hot spot tracking and news integration in the blockchain field
• Responsible for organizing developer community activities, promoting and regulating the developer community, collecting and sorting out user feedback, summarizing and reporting
• Responsible for company brand building and cultural delivery

Key Qualifications

• Excellent Chinese and English language skills, solid writing skills, overseas study or work experience
• Above 2 years of overseas social media operation or community operation experience, such as Twitter, Facebook, etc.
• Good at English writing, video production
• Familiar with overseas social media content operation, channel account with a large number of fans is preferred
• Highly sensitive to the development and industry hotspots of Internet technology, familiar with the blockchain industry is preferred
• Independent work, proactive, active thinking, highly responsible

Preferred Qualifications

• Blockchain industry experience
• Developer community operation experience
• Experience in operating open source projects

Senior Technical Writer

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and maintain high-quality online documentation for Cryptape developer tools.
• Become an expert on our products from both a technical and business standpoint.
• Work independently and manage your own projects while building relationships across Cryptape.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, customer support, and other technical writers.
• Articulate the documentation needs of our customers, strategic partners, and internal users.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, technical information and documentation, or similar.
• 2+ years of technical writing experience with the knowledge of technical writing best practices.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking, communicative skills, and being result-oriented.
• Excellent spoken and written English. All of our documentation is written in English.
• Experience using content management systems.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for technology and a desire to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong technical background, such as a related subject knowledge of blockchain.
• The ability to read and understand the code, such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java etc.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and XML.
• Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Visio, or other graphics tools.
