Where is the "smallest width" value file of the MIUI developer options set by the user?

I want to know the name and path of the f..king file which is for saving the "smallest width" value allowed to be edited by user. I have been looking for it weeks. In case you set it 1000, your MIUI phone will fall into restart loop. Damn it!
