我向一个主机商申请退款。这是他们回的邮件，最后那句话意思是要我回信他们才能进行下一步。这个影响退款吗？

Please ensure that you have logged out of any and all hostmonster accounts you might have before selecting the cancellation link we have sent you.
Also If you want to keep the domain name and cancel the hosting just make sure to check manual or auto renew. If you check let expire your domain name will get canceled and sent to redemption.
Please reply to this email if you would like to set the account to expire or proceed with the cancellation process, otherwise I can take no action on your account.

填完那个cancellation form，然后回复说我已经填好了，我想这样应该可以了吧，仅供参考！

是说的必须回邮件, 一般老外都这样需要一个DOC做备案的

不是必须回邮件，而是回邮件和填表格二选一，翻译过来就是：
回复邮件要求将你账户的自动续费取消 或 去提供的链接填写退款表格 否则 不予采取任何行动 or这个逻辑关系连接的是reply to和proceed with |
