iOS

Working in our shared engineering tribe, you will work as an iOS specialist, being an amplifier for mobile development across the company.

SafetyCulture is on a mission to deliver a world-class inspections experience for both our web and mobile apps through iAuditor - we need you to ensure we are providing the best mobile experience to our customers.

You will provide strong technical knowledge and insight into iOS development using Swift, C++ as well as a small amount of Objective C.

You will coach and mentor engineers towards an outcome that will contribute to the overall customer problem they are trying to solve.

We work in an agile environment in cross-functional teams who ship high-quality code daily.

Fullstack Developer

You will join one of our multi-functional teams focusing on removing a lot of our old frontend which has been built in Ember.js and replacing it with React.js. You will need to be very experienced in Javascript libraries. This is a hands-on role working with 3-4 other Software engineers.

Our tech stack includes React, AWS, microservices, Golang, Native apps and C++ for mobile.

Requirements

You have substantial experience in multiple JavaScript libraries, preferably React.js and Ember.js

You are language agnostic and know that the challenge at hand is the most important

You build it well - write quality, clean code that you are happy to maintain 2 years from now Experience with a backend language, preferably Golang

You're passionate about microservices, platforms and API's that will allow us to ship even more innovative product

You know what it takes to build software that will be used by thousands of customers every hour, with no downtime

最近公司很急切的在招 Senior/Staff iOS Developer，也找了很久前端和全栈工程师了。现在澳洲独立移民 189 是基本上很难了，愿意担保 Direct Entry 的公司真的是少之又少，对于想来澳洲的朋友这是一个很好的机会。

补充面试流程的问题：

1. HR resume reviewing 主要是简历筛选

2. Phone call (general questions) 聊一聊过去的工作经历和背景以及个人的职业兴趣,也会介绍公司的情况和具体的职位和 team 的信息

3. Coding test (home assignment project) 一个一周左右完成的小项目

4. Technical call and pairing programming 和 Engineer 的视频面试,主要是 pair programming 和一些技术问题, 包括

#### Data Engineer

We have a challenging and exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Engineer to take ownership of building our big data infrastructure. You will have both a passion for building things from the ground up and a vision for recognising the strength this data ecosystem provides to the business both now and as we scale in the future. Our data lake is almost built and we need you to complete it, maintain, update, input data and continue to evolve this. You will work with Scala, Kafka and SQL daily. We are also fully hosted on AWS so you will utilise Redshift, S3 and Athena.

The Role:

Be an integral member on the team responsible for design, implement and maintain distributed big data capable system with high quality components (Kafka, EMR + Spark, Akka, etc).
Embrace the challenge of dealing with big data on a daily basis (Kafka, RDS, Redshift, S3, Athena, Hadoop/Hbase), perform data ETL, and build tools for proper data ingestion from multiple data sources.
Collaborate closely with data infrastructure engineers and data analysts across different teams, find bottlenecks and solve the problem
Design, implement and maintain the heterogeneous data processing platform to automate the execution and management of data-related jobs and pipelines
Implement automated data workflow in collaboration with data analysts, continue to improve, maintain and improve system in line with growth
Collaborate with Software Engineers on application events, and ensuring right data can be extracted
Contribute to resources management for computation and capacity planning

- Experience with AWS data technologies (EC2, EMR, S3, Redshift, ECS, Data Pipeline, etc) and infrastructure.

签证要求的英语水平是雅思单项 5 分，四个 5。个人觉得读和听达到雅思 6 的水平就可以工作交流了，写和说可以慢慢提高，有了语言环境英语水平是可以很快提升的，我刚来澳洲前的雅思是均分 6 的样子，大半年后再考是 L8.5, R8, W6, S6.54

### 工作氛围
才搬到一个蒸汽朋克装修风格的办公室（ Linkedin 或者 YouTube 上应该有挺多照片和视频）。Tap 里面有永远冰的 ipa 啤酒和 cider，也有喝不完的软饮料和零食。有意大利裔阿姨 chief 做早饭和午饭。
