求助， 2014 款 rMBP，一直稳定运行 EL captain（10.11），昨天手贱从 app store 升级 high sierra，出现内置硬盘无法识别

    如题，尝试从磁盘工具恢复，但是无法看到看到内置硬盘，无法操作。按 option 键启动，只看到安装器一个磁盘，正常启动只能进入安装器然后提示找不到安装器。 也没有出现问号文件夹的现象。现在只求能保住文件，谢谢
