怎么彻底关闭这个请求呢，就是让所有网页都无法请求

Allow or block notifications from all sites

不是翻译问题，我的是英文版也这样。
记得很早以前我是知道怎么 block 的。
现在改了，感觉是 chrome 的套路，让更少的人知道怎么 block，方便打广告。
