Key Accountabilities
Key Accountabilities % of Time
1. Provide the technical leadership on front end web development and front end solution 20%
2. Implement dynamic component-based web pages compatible cross browsers and across multiple versions of browsers, using advanced Html, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, CSS and PHP, and implement in SEO best practice 55%
3. Lead and implement webpage changes to improve performance in all tiers 20%
4. Code review and documentation 5%
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or computing related discipline
Experience Minimum:
• Expert level of coding HTML/DHTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, PHP and MySQL.
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience of development in Drupal CMS.
• Knowledge of performance best practices and SEO (Search Engineer Optimization) best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high quality and multi browser compatible web pages for Web and Mobile Web under tight time constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with local and remote team members.
• 8+ years hands on web development in PHP or Java based web application environment.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with social network plugins and apps
• Familiarity with Mobile web
• Experience with a variety of Content Management Systems.
