接到苹果要求，需要对中国用户禁止一些功能，否则不予上架。但是又不能分中外两个版本上架，因为服务端已经卖给客户了不能再改推送证书，只能在原有应用上锁区，有什么方案可以在运行时把中国用户揪出来并加以限制呢？定位什么的只要关掉权限就无效了吧？
