I saw the video of Leap, it's so great! I very very want to have one. So I want to pre-oder one. But, there is some questions delay me:
first, will it be delayed? Have you began the producing?
second, will light around affect the sensitivity of the Leap?
third, does Leap depend on a strong performance of computer?
the last one, I'm from beijing, china. if the Leap has something wrong, how do I get help from you?

We're currently estimating a ship date of late 2012 / early 2013. As we get closer, more information will be available. Keep an eye on our website!
We designed the Leap as a desktop peripheral and it has been optimized as such, in terms of light sensitivity. At the moment, Leap works outdoors and under studio lights as well as bright sunlight, but with significantly reduced accuracy. This is always being refined through our development process however, and it will definitely be improved by the time pre-orders ship and launch later this year.
The Leap's system requirements are minimal; on an average computer Leap uses <1-2% of CPU load, almost no RAM, and no GPU acceleration. Leap is fast and was designed to run on as many devices as possible.

我对他们的回复的理解：
跳票问题，他们还没有完全开始生产，预估发货时间是late 2012 / early 2013，也就是网站上说的那个时间，到时候他们会及时发布相关消息，也就是说，他们也不排除跳票的可能。
环境光问题，没有kinect那种依赖黑暗的问题，日常环境下使用没有问题。
性能依赖问题，占用cpu的1%~2%（还更小），几乎不占用内存，完全不占用显卡。他们设计初衷就是在尽可能多的设备上都能用。
保修问题，只能到时候再联系了。。。。
另外我最近比较关心SDK问题，他们在这里做了回答，说是一旦开始发放开发包（有硬件？），就会免费发放SDK。

说漏了什么吧，户外光和室内光没问题，较强日光下也可以工作但是精度会受影响。 |
