startcom ssl 证书可以通过苹果 ATS 协议测试

根据苹果官网的说明，苹果不再信任沃通和 startcom 颁发的 2016-12-01 号以后的证书，可是我今天在 startcom 申请了一个测试了一下，是可以通过苹果 ATS 协议测试的，这是为什么呢？

测试的命令：

/usr/bin/nscurl --ats-diagnostics https://abc.example.com
