support vector 是指的 margin 上的点，还是说除了 margin 上的点还有 wrong side 那一边的点？

The element of statistical learning 上的原话：
Points on the wrong side of the boundary are support vectors. In addition, points on the correct side of the boundary but close to it (in the margin), are also support vectors.
margin上的是support vector，这我知道，但是为什么书上说，在错误的那一边的那些也是？
所以到底是不是。。。

是不是指的是outlier？

ShiehShieh OP @niuyenoah 终于有人回复了。。。应该不是，没有理由将outlier作为SVM的判定标准啊。

@ShiehShieh 好像看到一句话 就是因为有松弛变量的存在情况下，所以outlier 也属于支持变量，但不同的支持变量，它的拉格朗日参数的值也不同。
最近老师让我把SVM算法给搞明白，不过感觉这个坑也太大了，然后看看V2EX上有没有搞这方面的人，然后就搜到这条了。。 |
