应该是这家申请了代理结算方式应该是后付费 所以那么问题来了

Globalsign给我的回复是“Did you try to contact the reseller? There seems to be some issues with our Accounting. They are not paying for the certificates they have ordered.”，所以目测是globalsign自己的账单系统有漏洞一直没发现。 xoxo发证书有一年多了，应该没有公司的财务会允许欠费那么久还继续发货。 然后么，globalsign就这么承认是他们有登记的经销商出了问题，还真老实。。。 |

I have checked the order that you have referenced to CEAP1501110535. This order is invalidated/revoked by the system due to non-payment.
