THE ROLE As a cloud native software engineer, you will be working in a team located in Xian to develop the Data Catalog service of SAP DataSphere, where software engineering and infrastructural operations techniques are being continuously polished. Researching and prototyping alternative approaches and new technologies are also part of the work. You will find an inspiring and professional environment for your learning and growth where challenging the status quo is very welcome. We emphasize teamwork and a trust-based working model. Role requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Solid development experiences in one or more major programming languages like JavaScript(NodeJS), Golang, Java, Python, and experiences in Object-oriented programing concept and design
- Good English (written & oral), able to clearly communicate ideas and concepts Preferred skills
- Good understanding of modern cloud application development
- Experience in Database like MySQL, SAP HANA, PostgreSQL etc. Nice to Have
- Knowledge and experience in Node.js and server side application in JavaScript.
- Experience in TypeScript and Express framework
