搞清楚了是 snapshot

sudo tmutil listlocalsnapshots /

sudo tmutil deletelocalsnapshots xxxxxx

原来用的 id 已经完全失效(也不记得了)，没有办法删除 APP 了
我把应用删掉还是提示更新
