time-invariance（时间不变性）：指一个系统或规律的行为不随时间平移而改变。通俗说：把输入整体“晚一点/早一点”送入系统，输出也只会相应“晚一点/早一点”，系统本身的响应规则不变。（常见于信号与系统、控制理论）
