您好！您的 US$0.02 付款金额已于 2017-3-31 转入 Google Cloud Platform & APIs 。

试用的还有 290 多刀，突然信用卡提示被扣了 0.02 ，感觉有点奇怪，不知道啥情况？是因为启用了其他服务还是因为建多个实例？静态 IP 也只有一个，绑定实例了。看交易记录那边看不出啥原因。有知道原因的吗？

@ob 他们好像是钱都会照常在结算账单里扣，然后有免费额度的话就会再同时用免费额度补，所以就会在记录里看到有扣款记录和使用免费额度付费的记录，正常情况下在免费额度没有用光的情况下是扣多少钱就用免费额度补多少钱，但是看起来好像是他们免费额度补回的功能有 BUB ，没有把扣掉的钱补回去，或者补得不及时在月底结算的时候抢先被信用卡结算的那部分功能抢先结清了。
